These terms govern your use of gravityautocapital.com, the Gravity Capital customer account portal, and our messaging programs (together, the “Services”), operated by Gravity Capital (“Gravity,” “we,” “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. Your loan itself is governed by your retail installment contract; if these terms and your contract conflict, the contract controls.
Your account
- Portal access is for customers and authorized users only. Login uses one-time codes sent to the phone number or email on your account — keep that contact information current and don’t share your codes.
- You’re responsible for activity under your login. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Account information shown in the portal reflects our servicing records. If you believe something is inaccurate, contact us and we will review it.
Text messaging program
With your consent, Gravity Capital sends account-servicing text messages: one-time login codes, payment reminders, and account notices. By opting in — online, on a signed form, or verbally at your dealership — you agree to receive these messages at the number you provided.
- Message frequency varies with your account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier’s plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or financing.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Electronic communications
When you use the Services, you agree that we may provide receipts, statements, and account communications electronically through the portal and the contact methods on your account. Communications required by law to be delivered another way will be.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Services: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with their operation, no use of anyone else’s account, and no unlawful use. We may suspend portal access to protect our customers or systems.
Payments
Payment options shown in the portal depend on what is currently available for your account. Where in-app payments are not offered, payments are accepted at your dealership or as described in your contract. A recorded payment is reflected on your account per your contract’s terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravity disclaims implied warranties regarding the Services and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited, or changes the terms of your retail installment contract.
Changes; governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Services means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules.
